ADULT TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM
Monday - Friday 6 am, 6:45 am and 6 pm
Full body HIIT/Cardio/Strength and Conditioning/Weightlifting - This class will be focused on a high intense circuit training with short periods of exercises/rest time. Each class will be targeting different muscle groups to help you reach your fitness goals.
ADULT/TEEN WEIGHTLIFTING PROGRAM
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 5 pm
Weightlifting- This class focuses on correct forms of weightlifting, targeting different muscle groups in each class. Weightlifting helps build muscle, burning body fat, strengthening your bones and joints, reducing injury risk, and improving heart health.
KIDS STRENGTH, SPEED & AGILITY PROGRAM
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:15 pm
Strength and Conditioning- This class focuses on improving your technique, mental and physical strength through a series of workouts. Each class will be targeting different muscle groups to help you reach your fitness goals.
One on One Sessions and Family sessions are available.
Please email us at Cremedelaclemence@gmail.com for more information on private sessions and family sessions. Private sessions are $45 per session with a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Family sessions start at $70 per session with a minimum of 3 sessions per week and 2 members.
