ADULT TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

Monday - Friday 6 AM and 6 PM

Kids/TEEN WEIGHTLIFTING & CONDITIONING  PROGRAM

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 5 PM

  • Push your limits with high-energy strength & speed workouts, designed to improve your technique, mental grit, and physical strength..

  • Cardio boost: Get your heart pumping with high-intensity drills that improve speed, agility, and endurance.

  • Mental strength: Build mental toughness and resilience through challenging workouts and a supportive community.

  • Stronger bones and joints: Weight training increases bone density and strengthens connective tissues for a healthier you.

PRICE LIST

One on One Sessions and Family sessions are available.

Please email us at Cremedelaclemence@gmail.com for more information on private sessions and family sessions. Private sessions are $45 per session with a minimum of 3 sessions per week. Family sessions start at $70 per session with a minimum of 3 sessions per week and 2 members.

Punch Card

Punch cards are for 10 classes (any day or time). They are good for 1 year and cannot be transferred to another person.
