I’m Clemence Ahiable, a certified fitness coach, and nutrition specialist.

 

I help determined men and women lose fat and get shredded.

But it wasn’t always like this.

In 2015, I became a personal trainer but I was out of shape and didn't care about my nutrition.

I was sick and tired of not be driven to reach my full potential.

I felt ashamed and disappointed that I had let myself go.

I thought:

“How the hell did I let myself get like this?”

Stepping inside the gym was uncomfortable. I was intimidated by how jacked and in shape others were.

The first thing I did was join the gym.

I felt like a fish out of the water.

Everyone was fit.

But there was a certain group of individuals who pushed and encouraged every day. This was the spark I was looking for, so I started training with them. I did all the exercises but took nutrition for granted. 

It finally caught up to me when I realize I wasn't making any progress.

After many stubborn years of trial and error I finally decided to hire a coach for myself.

From sick and tired of not seeing any progress to transforming into a tank.

I was able to put on the mass needed for this journey.

My coach taught me about fat loss after I bulked up.

His advice helped me place 8th in my first bodybuilding competition.

But I craved for more.

I researched and tested everything and hired a new coach.

As a result, he helped me developed my own method.

This method got me from 18.8% to 6% body fat in 12 weeks – without starving myself.

And in 2024, I finally placed first in my class at the NPC Midwest Championships.
